If you have found yourself staring down at your journal wondering what the heck to write, you are not alone.

Writer’s block is a common thing, but don’t worry, you won’t be stuck for long.

I have collected 33 of my favourite gratitude journal prompts, just for you.

What Are Gratitude Journal Prompts?

Journal prompts are basically leading questions.

They force you to answer with more than just a simple yes or no reply

They may make you think, they could even make you remember something you forgot about.

The prompts are a fantastic tool to use to help boost your confidence.

The questions promote self-love and finding the greatness within yourself.

Self-esteem boosting therapy for sufferers of Borderline Personality Disorder and other mental health issues.

You don’t have to answer every single question.

You can just choose the ones that you like.

I recommend setting yourself a challenge:

Try to answer a question every day for a whole month!

There are 33 unique questions for you to choose from.

There are no inappropriate, rude, or “adult” prompts.

Who Can Use Gratitude Journal Prompts?

Almost anyone can use these prompts.

I would consider each question to be “family-friendly”.

2. Name someone that makes you happy.

There is also no swear words in this set of journal prompts.

As long as you have a journal and a pen – you are good to go.

Some questions may need to be tweaked a bit for younger kids.

Do I Have To Pay For The List?

You will be pleased to know that these prompts are absolutely FREE of charge.

Feel free to copy and print the list to use in your journal.

I have also created a fun printable at the bottom of this post that you can print and use.
